Moravax Louisiana Pilot Dashboard

This is the Moravax Louisiana Pilot, a live forensic dashboard that combines:

• NASA VIIRS Black Marble night lights (via NASA GIBS WMTS), and
• EPA ECHO facility data (via ArcGIS REST + ECHO APIs),

to expose the dissonance between narratives of revitalization and orbital/compliance reality in Louisiana’s River Parishes.

How it works

• Basemap: Mapbox Dark (public token, read-only).
• Overlays:
  • VIIRS night-time lights (2012–present).
  • EPA ECHO facilities layer (click to open Detailed Facility Report).
